How You Can Help

Volunteer:

Front Desk: greet members, enroll new members, and manage administrative tasks.

Wellness Coach: perform basic fitness assessment, conduct equipment orientation, mentor, and connect members with appropriate resources.

Nutritionist/Health Counselor: conduct nutrition workshops and individual sessions with members.

Certification Needed:

  • Personal Trainer: assess member fitness needs, prescribe individual exercise programs, educate on wellness principles and exercise safety, and motivate members to achieve realistic goals.
  • Group Exercise Instructor: facilitate group exercise classes, motivate continued attendance, and instruct on exercise safety.
